Women’s Bible Study — Begins Thursday, January 11
Join this women’s group as they study the women of the Bible. As you study the stories of these women, you will discover how your life intersects with theirs. This group will meet in the Youth Room and Robin Bartholomew will lead. Books are $12. Sign up in the foyer or just come on January 11.10:30 AM in the Youth Room
Journal Your Gratitude
Beginning with Ash Wednesday, we have encouraged our community of faith to keep a gratitude journal. As Easter Sunday came and went, we continue to find value in writing down something to be thankful for each day. God is good and God’s blessings can be found daily. Today is a wonderful day to begin or continue your list of daily blessings. For an example of a gratitude journal, click HERE.
Daily Meditation Time
Time with God is one way that we grow as disciples of Christ. We are encouraged to find time each day to sit quietly, to pray, to listen, to read scripture, and to meditate on the Word of God. Daily devotionals are one way to spend time learning and growing in the faith. As a faith community, we make The Upper Room devotional available in both regular and large print.
