Everyone is invited to the Board of Stewards meeting on January 29. Our first meeting is set for Monday, January 29 at 5:30. This is earlier than usual and our meetings will not usually start this early. For those of you that can make 5:30, there will be a conference Zoom session we will join in concerning the use of church property. The Zoom should take around 30-45 minutes. We will start our regular agenda after the Zoom session. For those that cannot make 5:30, please arrive as soon as you can. We use the One Board model for church leadership and decision-making. There is a chair of the board, plus a chair of Staff/Parish Relations, Trustees, and Finance. The at-large board members participate in all discussions of finance, SPR, and trustees. The one board structure allows us to be more effective in stewarding the church’s mission and ministry.
