St. Johns UMC has been a cornerstone in Texas City
since 1958. Continuing to be a vibrant and growing church, St. John’s is passionate about “Inviting People to Experience Amazing Love.”
On Sunday, April 30th we will have only One service at 10:30 with lunch at 11:30.
We are celebrating our 5th year in our new church home and want to do it in a Family Reunion style!
We will have food!!!
-We will furnish meat and buns-hot dogs and hamburgers
-We will furnish tea, lemonade and water.
-We are asking the congregation to bring sides and desserts
We will have bounce house for the kiddos!!!
We will have music by our Praise Band!!!
It’s time to reminisce… and pray for the future…you will have the opportunity to share your most favorite memory of St. John’s. Or maybe you would like to share a prayer or blessing for St. John’s future. There will be a table set up with paper and pen to write these important memories and prayers down and place in a treasure box. These stories and prayers will be printed in the St. John’s Monitor in May to share with the rest of the congregation.
